Return, exchange and order cancellation policy

All your purchases from the Aleef store are subject to return only within 7 days from the date of their arrival to you, and all you have to do is contact customer service

Return requirements:
The returned product must be in its original condition when purchased, unused, and wrapped in the original packaging with all its accessories
In the event that a wrong product arrives at you, or a shipment arrives in an improper condition, the "Aleef" store will bear all shipping and replacement costs.

The return process is not accepted in the following cases:
When submitting a return request after the specified time, which is after 7 days from the date of receiving the request
When the product has been used or opened, or when it is damaged, or when it is not in the same condition that you received it

Return Fee:
For return, a fee of 30 riyals is deducted from the value of the returned product
In the event that the customer obtains free shipping for his purchase of products whose value exceeds (250 riyals), and he wishes to return the products, the “aleef” store has the right to recalculate the cost of free shipping.

Refund period:
The method of refunding the amount is chosen by the customer
In the event that the option is a bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the account from which the process was made within two to 14 working days of receiving and examining the product.
In the event that the option is loyalty points, they are transferred immediately after receiving and checking the product
In the event that the request was through Tamara, it will be retrieved automatically

Damaged product arrived:
When a damaged product arrives, customer service must be contacted within 24 hours of receiving the order, after which the customer is not entitled to claim

Replacement orders:
Elif does not have exchanges for orders, only returns

Cancellation of orders:
This is done by contacting customer service

Unable to deliver orders:
In the event that the order cannot be delivered due to the customer's failure to respond or incorrect information is included, the customer shall bear the shipping cost, and no other order will be shipped to the customer without pre-payment of the order.
